28 May criston + garrett: a memphis woodruff-fontaine wedding

Criston said over and over that the only thing that mattered on her wedding day was that she married Garrett. She didn’t want a big production. She wanted a quiet, classy day with her new husband, her family, and a few close friends. She wanted a celebration of love and for her son to be welcomed into their new family. Garrett wanted the same.

I love small, intimate weddings! Criston and Garrett’s Woodruff-Fontaine wedding was perfect for them. They really put the focus on what’s most important. Love. Marriage. Family. Criston got all she wanted and more on her wedding day! Although the weather called for rain, it couldn’t have been a more beautiful, sunny, perfect day. The day flowed flawlessly, and everyone had a great time. The details were gorgeous, the garden was lovely, and the bride was radiant! At the end of the night, Criston sat cuddled on Garrett’s lap, soaking in the last of a perfect day.

Criston and Garrett, we can’t thank you enough for allowing us to be a part of this very special day! We were honored to be included in what felt like such a privileged gathering. We loved every second of it!

Criston and Garrett chose to see each other before the ceremony. Just look at Garrett’s face! He was overcome with joy at the sight of his bride. THIS is why I love First Looks!

We roamed around the Woodruff-Fontaine property for some portraits. I love their historic house, and the porch was gorgeous!

Garrett has a sense of style too, and I love that he’s not afraid of the camera!

Criston, seriously. You are a natural beauty!

Criston’s cousin walked her down the isle, in full military blues. Criston got a bit emotional as she walked toward her groom.

The details in the garden were exquisite! Andria Lewis Events did an amazing job, as usual, at taking Criston’s vision and making it a beautiful reality!

I’ve decided that garden receptions are my absolute favorite!

Criston and Garrett, thank you for being awesome. We enjoyed every single moment we got to spend with you. Your love is real, and we know it will last a very long time! We can’t wait to hear about the honeymoon!
