Michelle | a Heartwood Hall Bridal Session

Now that Michelle and Joe are enjoying married life, I can post Michelle’s bridal session! Michelle looked absolutely stunning in her Liancarlo gown from Maggie Louise Bridal, and I could have taken photographs of her all day!

We don’t get to do bridal sessions very often, so I’m absolutely thrilled when a bride chooses to have one! Bridal sessions are so much fun, and a great way to test run your hair and makeup for the big day. I mean, you’re already all dolled up, so you might as well get some gorgeous photos out of it! And who doesn’t want another excuse to put your wedding gown on for an hour or two? It’s also the only way to go if you want a big portrait to display at the wedding reception, as Michelle did.

It was a gorgeous, sunny, spring day when I met Michelle at Heartwood Hall for her bridal session. Michelle kept accessories simple, with just a strand of pearls and some beautiful rose gold strappy heels. She originally had planned on an up-do for her hair, but changed her mind at the last minute, because down is more her style. I’m so glad she did!

Doesn’t she look positively stunning?

Michelle wanted to get some portraits inside the main house, as well as on the gorgeous grounds.

One of my favorites! We had to have some fun with that gorgeous gown! Le Fleur provided the beautiful bouquet for us.

I was giddy when I saw that the property’s one huge cherry tree was in full bloom! It made the perfect backdrop for a bride.

Laughing photos are the best.

Michelle, you are such a gorgeous person, both inside and out. I’m so happy that I got to photograph¬†you in your wedding dress, not once, but twice! I had a blast!

Cheers!
